For your personal safety and that of others NO smoking or burning of candles is permitted in the building. Please ensure you do not leave your stove, oven, or toaster unattended, or over load the electrical outlets. For your safety a red Fire Extinguisher is located in your kitchen and should be used in the event of a fire. For more fire safety tips please visit www.firesafetycouncil.com
For your personal safety smoke detector are located in each bedroom and common spaces. These detectors should not be tampered with. If you are aware of a low back-up battery warning please contact the office to arrange for a replacement battery.
Our office is located at 39 Ezra Ave, Unit 8 and is open Monday to Friday 9am until 4pm. There is also a drop box located out front of 39 Ezra by the intercom if you need to drop anything off. The drop box is emptied daily.
For your convenience there are vending machines located on the bottom floor of your building. Prices are $1.75 for pop/juice, $2.00 for PowerAde, and $3.00 for Rock Star
All units are professionally cleaned and painted prior to move in day. No painting is permitted.
The breaker panel is located on the wall in the common area. In the event any of your lights or appliances are not working please check the breaker to ensure it has not been tripped and that is in the 'on' position.
You will be supplied with one key for the front entrance, one key for your unit and one key for your bedroom. In the event a key is lost there will be a $20 replacement fee.
Parking passes will be distributed on move in day and must be displayed at all times in your vehicle.
Tenants are responsible for taking their garbage to the disposal bin located in the parking lot; please do not leave any garbage in the hallway. Recycling bins will be provided. Garbage bags must be properly tied and placed inside the bins.
Mailboxes are located at the front of the buildings. Each box is labelled with the unit number. One key per unit is provided.
As per your lease no pets are permitted in the building.
Each unit is equipped with a router, which is located in your utility room. This will enable you to pay for one service from the Cable Company or Bell and have it split to each bedroom. Instruct your Internet provider to connect the feed to the router and that will activate all lines in all bedrooms for the unit. Plug your computer into the designated data line. Tenants are responsible for the initial hook up fee charged by the Internet provider and the month service costs.
Each unit is equipped with a splitter, which is located in your utility room. Request that the Bell service technician connect the line to the splitter and that will activate all phone jacks in bedrooms and common areas. Tenants are responsible for the initial hook up fee and monthly telephone costs.

It is your group's responsibility to register for all utilities. Call the utility companies listed below and indicate your unit number and address.
